Hello all incubakers,
I’m Marta Benet, from CREAL, and first of all I would really like to thank you all for accepting my proposal for the Intermon Oxfam donation.
For the ones that don’t know Intermon Oxfam organises for 3rd time in Spain the Trailwalker. The trailwalker is a project that aims to collect money (1500€ per team) for more than 400 Oxfam projects. The team is composed by 6 people, 4 of them will have to walk together 100 km, from Olot to Sant Feliu de Guixols, in less than 32h; the other two will be part of the support team providing to the walkers with drinks, food etc. It is a very nice initiative as it makes a very nice work team: to collect the money but also to achieve the 100km.
I’ve been in contact with Joao, Kiana, Marisa and Juan Ramon, thank you very much for all your help!!
For the breakfast day, 9th, I will be all the time in the place with the cakes and all other things, I’m not sure how does it work but, will there be someone else also?
I’ve updated the list of bakers, I will bring a cheesecake, if it works with you, and I’ve also managed to convince someone from CREAL to bring something else too (I will update the list when I will know what she will be brining in). I guess, that this makes 9 people baking at the moment and one more would be perfect, is this correct? I will let you know if I manage to convince someone else.
Joao proposed to rise the price to 2,5€, what do the others think? I don’t feel like deciding about this, for me what you decide will be fine.

I just recommended 2.5eur because I realized that we're selling cheaper than the cafeteria downstairs and I believe that the quality can't be compared. More, people buy us to help the NGO and not only because it's a good deal... So I think we won't see a drop in the customers and we'll see an increase in the money collected to help the charity.
Because it's not true that most of the people gave more than the fixed price... But maybe next time we should remind them more explicitly that they can leave more..... ;)
If you think it's better to continue with 2eur then let's leave it like that

For the messages sent yesterday I understand that the price should stay as it was, 2€, right? I will print the posters at 11h, until that time it is possible to change it still.
Another member of my trailwalker team (Juanma) will be with me during the selling, I’m not sure how busy it gets, if two people is enough then him and I can do it, but maybe it is not enough.
Someone from my center offered to prepare also a cake (though is not certain yet) which would mean we would have between 10-11 cakes, would it be a problem to have 11 instead of 10?
I will send the poster and mail to creal people and to someone I know in imim asking to forward it to everyone else (if possible), does it in this case make sense to bring 11 cakes (or more)?

Hi,
What I remember from last sale is:
- we have still way enough sugar and tea
- coffee ran out very quickly (2 boxes) so at least 3 boxes is good this time I guess
- we had a money box, I forgot if I put it back in the box under kiana's desk, I'll have a look...
- there are 2-3 knifes (small ones i.e. canteen like) in the box
- we had one coffee machine from my office which I can bring again, or apparently the last times kiana and Camilla could bring the ones from theirs.
