I will check yours out. Is it set to invite-only?
We have a demo one setup here:

I think we're close to releasing v1.0, functionality wise. My goal with it wasn't to be the most feature-complete, but rather implement the core idea of it being a private tracker + the distributed user/ratio/etc sharing capabilities.
The only thing I'd like to add before 1.0 is a really slick design, plus a few other features around invitation management + a bit more testing of federation's, etc.
Does anyone here have any design chops? I have a buddy who has built this in Photoshop (or Illustrator):

But we still need to get it ported over to xhtml/css.

Hey Einar,
I'm seeing if my buddy can send over the PSD/Illustrator file.
He made a pimp version of the logo too with like this Octopus with a bunch of arms coming out of it wrapping around a globe =)
