External Libraries

Hello,

are we allowed to use external libraries and if so to what extent?

I am asking because I am planning to use json files and there is a nice library called JSON.net (https://www.newtonsoft.com/json) that makes it easy and fast.

Hi,

I would like to decide this on a case to case basis.

A problem is that we need to ensure, that the library does not involve multi-threading, so the content is fair for everyone.

In this specific case it seems reasonable to use a library.
