Meet Dolly! This poor sweet girl has had a rough go at life and now in the shelter she is struggling to recover from an upper respiratory infection. Dolly is a reserved girl who is affectionate and gentle once she warms up to you. She will gently press her head into your hand for pets and we know she would prefer to recover in the comfort of a home. Dolly came to the shelter as a stray so we aren't too sure about her past, but this girl is off the streets and deserves a second chance.
Dolly has been on treatment for an upper respiratory infection for a little while now and unfortunately just isn't improving much. Dolly is FIV+ though so her immune system has to work a little harder and being in the stressful shelter isn't helpful. We are hoping to get this gentle soul out of the kennel and into a home asap. She will surely make anybody happy and be a loving companion. Dolly is currently available for rescue placement, adoption or foster through the shelter. Due to her ongoing illness, we are looking to get her out of the shelter asap!
