Jensen - $175 sponsorship! Pittie mix, black/white, male, 6-7 months, 56lbs. Jensen is a little charmer, full of sweet puppy energy. He's playful, outgoing, and treat motivated. Walked well on the leash and responded well to "sit." Jensen appears overall healthy (and has had some level of care in the home, given his nicely trimmed and painted toenails). He came to the shelter as a stray. UPDATE:  Adoption ready!  Jensen is UTD on shots, neutered, and test heartworm negative. 

 

 

Molly. - Lab mix, black/brown/white, female, 2-4y, 45-55lbs. Molly was a bit shy at first when so scared in shelter, but come out of her shell quickly to become such a joyful dog.  She is a flurry of happy licks and delighted by belly rubs. She LOVES treats and obviously enjoys hanging out with people.  Molly is UTD on her vaccinations.  It has been identified that she has an enlarged heart due to a mitral valve leak that doesn't hold her back one bit and may never advance to anything more serious.  She is proactively on a simple daily medication that will also help nurture her beautiful heart.

 

Indie- pittie mix, red with white, female, 2-3y, 45-55lbs. SPAYED! UTD on vax! MICROCHIPPED! LYME/4DX NEG! Indie is an outgoing extrovert who was immediately thrilled to make our acquaintance today! She's affectionate and knows how to use her golden eyes to convince you to hand over more treats. UPDATE: This precious girl is ready to find her forever family. GREAT with other dogs and with small kids. Loves to play and chase balls.
 

Batman – Great Dane mix, gray/brown brindle, male, 4-6y, 85lb. NEUTERED! FULLY VETTED! SPECIAL NEEDS!  Batman came to the shelter as a stray. He was unable to stand after being hit by a car, resulting in a dislocated hip and a pelvic injury. We covered FHO surgery on October 31 and he has been healing beautifully in foster care—now walking confidently and getting stronger every day. Though his vision is limited due to a possible congential condition, he navigates well and seems to see light and shadow. Neutered and fully up to date on vaccines, Batman is a gentle, easygoing boy who gets along wonderfully with kids, dogs, and cats. He’s ready for his next chapter!
 

Everly - husky mix, black/white/tan, female, 4-6y, 35lbs. SUSPECTED SPAYED due to appropriate scar! UTD on DHLPP, rabies + bordetella and dewormed! Everly is friendly, relaxed dog who loves meeting new people. Fabulous with other dogs and cats! She’s playful when the mood strikes but totally down for a cuddle session on the couch, too. An overall great girl with a great temperament and striking ice blue eyes as a bonus. Everly appears overall healthy.
 

 

Rowan - pittie mix, red, male, 3-5y, 55lbs. Behold the face of a dog who's laser-focused on a treat, showing off a wonderfully prompt "sit" on first request! Rowan may have been living rough for while on the street but he was obviously a loved pup at one point. He's very underweight currently but is eating well at the shelter and beginning to recover. It doesn't slow him down - he's an energetic, friendly guy with a goofy pep in his step that's totally charming. Rowan came to the shelter as a stray. UPDATE: $100 SPONSORSHIP towards any rescue who takes a chance on this loving boy by the Good Sam who found him! He's eating great at the shelter and is beginning to look more healthy. DOG TESTED VERY WELL ON 1/7! Submissive and sweet!

Keno - lab mix, black/white, male, 2-4y, 53lbs. NEUTERED! Keno is a total charmer! He's an outgoing, friendly guy who gave us nonstop wags as we checked him over today. He was great on the leash, followed directions well, and is treat motivated. Sweet as can be with a go-with-the-flow attitude that has made him a favorite for volunteers to play with. Keno appears overall healthy. He came to the shelter as a stray. 

Willie - hound mix, red/white with gray ticking, male, 3-5y, 60lbs. NEUTERED! Look at this absolute GORGEOUS boy! With his long, long legs and soft brown eyes, Willie is the epitome of hound-y good looks. Not one to coast by on his physical charms, Willie is also a friendly, relaxed dog. He did great on the leash and sat very nicely for treats. Willie appears overall healthy and received a vet exam and rabies vax on 12/29/25. Willie was an owner surrender.

Cedric - Lab/boxer? mix, black/white, male, 3y, 75lbs. NEUTERED! If you're looking for a slightly chonky lovebug, Cedric might be your guy! He was relaxed, curious, and full of happy wags. He is a strong dog but was positively perfect on the leash for us today. Cedric appears overall healthy. He came to the shelter as an owner surrender with Sadie. 

Odie - pittie mix, charcoal gray/tan, male, 1-3y, 70lbs. Odie is a delightful boy, full of happy wiggles and lots of sniffs, all packed into a slightly goofy body. He's curious and playful, with a friendly temperament that charms everyone he meets. Odie appears overall healthy. He came to the shelter as an owner surrender. 

Sadie - Boxer/lab? mix, black/brown/white, female, 3y, 50lbs. SPAYED! Miss Sadie is on standby, waiting impatiently for the next person she can share her bubbly, outgoing temperament with. She's wiggly, bouncy, and ready to play! Plus she has absolutely no shyness when it comes to sharing happy licks with new friends. Sadie appears overall healthy. She came to the shelter as an owner surrender with Cedric. 

 

Cricket - shepherd/plott hound? mix, brown brindle with white, female, ~1y, 55lbs. SPAYED (tattoo + scar)! Cricket might just be the happiest girl you've ever met! She's an absolute love - playful, bouncy, and brimming with happy wiggles that she's thrilled to share with everybody. Extroverted and super-duper friendly. Cricket appears overall healthy. She came to the shelter as a stray.

 

Jack - terrier mix, red/white, male, 4-6y, 23lbs. Jack is absolutely petrified in the shelter. 😞 This small guy has had a rough few weeks - he was originally rehomed to an elderly woman who found him too shy after only a handful of days together, so she surrendered him to the shelter. Despite his cautious nature, he came out of his kennel for us today and walked great on his leash. He began warming up to us quickly out of the noise of the kennels and has absolutely no problems being handled; even when he's obviously scared, Jack has shown absolutely zero aggression to us or the shelter staff over the last few weeks. Jack appears overall healthy. He came to the shelter as an owner surrender.
