Friends, this happy, handsome boy is Milo, and he’s in need of a new home or rescue at no fault of his own. Milo is a 6 year old neutered Border Collie who will need his vaccines updated. He’s an energetic, fun-loving fella who would thrive with a more active family that can give him the daily exercise he needs. He loves to run, play, explore, and be adventurous and there isn’t a toy out there that he doesn’t love! He also enjoys car rides, being with his human, and is always ready to go when you are, but don’t worry, he’s just as happy to relax and cuddle when the day winds down. He is housetrained, crate-tolerant, good with kids, and doesn’t mind cats (he may chase them, but he does not harm them). He would do best as the only dog in the home, unless you’re a very dog-savvy owner, as he can get a bit jealous when attention isn’t all on him.

Currently, Milo weighs between 90–100 lbs, which is more than ideal for him. With the right family and regular exercise, those extra pounds should come off. His ideal weight is closer to 60 lbs. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, affectionate companion and think Milo could be the one for you
