Poor ROCKY was surrendered to the shelter by the only family he has ever known due to “no time” 🙄. This poor boy is absolutely petrified in the loud, scary shelter environment. Like most shepherds Rocky cannot handle being locked in a small kennel, who could blame him! Once Rocky feels comfortable, he truly shines. He is a social, affectionate, and playful dog who loves spending time with his family. Grooming is one of his favorite activities, and he enjoys car rides and being part of the action in the living room. THIS BEAUTIFUL YOUNG BOY DOES NOT DESERVE TO LOSE HIS LIFE OVER BEING AFRAID!
