MJ (two white paws) came to the shelter with his dad, Major (one white paw), and another dog named Mystery after their owner could no longer care for them.

Major and MJ currently share a kennel and can be fostered, adopted, or rescued together or separately. But if you're in the market for a ready-made duo, may we interest you in these adorable low-riders?

While dad supervises, MJ is making friends and having fun. He's a social butterfly and has never met a stranger. He’s friendly, playful, and affectionate. MJ loves being center of attention and will happily spend his day collecting belly rubs, booty scratches, and compliments.

According to his previous owner, MJ is house trained, crate trained, friendly with other dogs, and enjoys being part of the fun!

Major may have the rank, but MJ is working hard for a promotion from kennel couch.

Major is reporting for duty!

Major (one white paw) came to the shelter as an owner surrender alongside his son, Major Junior ("MJ," two white paws), and another pup named Mystery.

The pair can be fostered, adopted, or rescued together or separately. Both are shorter in stature and give off strong beagle-mix vibes, though your guess is as good as ours!

While MJ is off making friends, Major prefers to supervise operations from the comfort of a grassy sploot position. His favorite activities include belly rubs, relaxing off-duty, and keeping a watchful eye on MJ’s shenanigans.

Major isn't a fan of leash pressure and will put up a valiant protest. He doesn’t mind being carried. Despite that Major is friendly, playful, and has earned the rank of Very Good Boy.

Major is ready to retire from shelter service and report to a couch near you.
