Subject: URGENT ! HANDSOME LAIDBACK CAT IN NEED OF URGENT RESCUE PLACEMENT DUE TO MEDICAL

Jacks is a handsome grey tabby who found himself at BCAS after his owner had to move and was unable to take them with him. In his previous home, he lived with kids, cats, and dogs and did well. He is a relaxed guy here in the shelter and has given staff no issues with handling him and caring for him, he is often found just lounging in his bed and does not seem bothered by his neighbor cats. Upon veterinary exam, it was found that he had some alopecia over his body and also is underweight with a BCS 2/9. We are hoping to find immediate rescue placement for Jacks as he is urgent. BCAS is currently housing many more cats than our capacity allows and already have big community events in motion to take place this weekend.
