Elvis is a neutered Shar-Pei mix, approximately 1.5 years old and 58 pounds. He is extremely social with people and a playgroup rockstar (see videos in gallery), successfully interacting with dogs of all play styles.

Elvis has been adopted twice. His first return followed an incident where he chased and bit a dog on the street, causing a puncture wound. His second return was due to two altercations involving food and treats in the home, suggesting resource guarding behavior.

Elvis is otherwise a friendly, social dog seeking a rescue partner willing to provide structure, management, and continued behavioral support. He is a shelter favorite, and this breaks our heart having to seek placement.
