Oreo Cookie 116165 - male, altered, 5Y 1M/62lbs, HW negative

Intake date: 11/20, surrender
Dog originally belonged to son, he's been in mother's care for over two months. Current owner was recently diagnosed with cancer and is unable to continue to care for him with her treatments and her husband's work hours. He is an escape artist and was quickly able to climb out of intake holding kennel, cutting his toenail in the process. Was friendly and easy to handle but is very stressed. Person stated he has possible chicken allergies and is usually very itchy on his back. Has some amount of hair loss there.
