I would like the program to export or output things into a normal outline. All those weird numbers with periods between
them are confusing. It is not an outline. I wish i had know the export would not be in a useful form before i spent time using the program. Now I am stuck!!.
It is neat and orgainzed on the screen when you are working with the progam, but the print out is very confusing and hard to make any use of.

You can uncheck "Prefix heading number" in Preferences -> Print.
