According to the experts, 1.5C is reached when it is constantly or higher in that range.

1) With a machine learning approach, and 

2) The 'ARIMA' Method (Similar to the Burg Method) prediction

According to the ARIMA Method. it looks like 1.5C is already reached. But according to my latest Machine Learning approach, linear and polynomial regression, it looks like it could be here somewhere around 3 to 8 years from now...
