mgmt notice: Saltwater, Marine and Reef discussions

The management team of TFA have noticed a growing trend in interest amongst our membership and elsewhere to discuss saltwater, marine and reef tanks as well as freshwater tanks. In recognition of this we have made the decision to make discussion of such set ups on-topic for TFA….
In the same way that we have always welcomed pond posters we will welcome saltwater posters. We would appreciate if any members of TFA wishing to discuss saltwater issues can prefix their posts with the word SALT….this will allow TFA posters with no interest in the subject to filter such posts. It will also prevent any confusion that might arise from the different techniques applied to salt and freshwater aquaria.
