Mould on brickwork!!!

Hi everyone,

Just with regards to the mould and damp on the outside of Apt 3, we
too at the front have had problems since last winter with mould
outside on the brickwork and coming into the plaster work in our
window areas. Seddons came and 'resealed' the brickwork last year but
its come back this year so we have just contacted Seddons again and
are awaiting their response. James has also contacted NHBC and they
are also in conversation with Seddons about it. They will get back to
us in Jan........! I'll keep you updated as that should not be
charged for as Seddons should have responsibility for this.
