Christmas miracle!

After a yr and a half of mentioning this, the hallway heater in the
back block is finally being repaired today!! (see photo section)

It shouldn't take complaints to kick start scanlans into action though
- they should be fixing these things as and when they arise, which is
why we pay a service charge.
