Renee thanks so much for yesterday; I want to run out an buy a fryer.
I would love to have everyone's recipes all the food was delish!

My cheese puffs were from the Barefoot Contessa's Paris Cookbook
The dip was one we always had for Thanksgiving, Sarah still makes it
every year, it's just cream cheese and a can of deviled ham mixed
together. Serve with chicken in the basket crackers, other crackers
just don't do it justice.
The first cocktail was cranberry juice, plain vodka, fresh lemon juice
shaken well and topped with champagne. The second cocktail was the
same but with limoncello rather then vodka.

I have a couple of social events coming up and the limoncello cocktail
will be my new favorite for awhile.

Tinamarie's sweet potatoes were cooked in a little water, ginger,
nutmeg, cinnamon, organic butter and vegan sugar

It was really nice to all be together, with Tinamarie working retail
we don't get enough opportunity to all be in one place at one time. I
enjoy the many different conversations going on at once and being able
to jump in and out of some at will. And most important the food.

Dana I miss you already and hope to get every detail of your new Italy
life. You are my hero! Enjoy your class on Thursday, wish I could be
there.

Sorry ladies who were interested in going to brunch on Sunday I have
to cancel. I have a catering job for Monday and Sister's Day. After
this past Sunday I have learned my lesson in not trying to jam so much
into one day, I am exhausted and no day until Saturday to really take
a break. Not complaining about being so busy, just saying.

My anniversary celebration with Jim was wonderful and romantic.
I had prepared most of dinner before coming out to the food group.
Lamb shank with a rich garlic and rosemary gravy
Roasted sweet potatoes, white potatoes and red onion
String beans
Wedding cake (No I didn't wait the one year, it was as good as it was
on our wedding day)
Champagne
