We've updated the events schedule. Looking forward to filling in the
next 6 months very soon.

work.

The Forking Delicious events calendar has been updated. Take a look

Hi Mike... We had a couple big events earleir in the year and are
playing it a little cool right now... small groups, etc.

What are your food interests? Do you have a favorite restaurant
locally, or a specialty dish you make?

Hello Mike,

How did your ESOL class on food and cultures go?

I've never tried La Lupe, but I do love Vietnam!

Very best,

Min

Great, let me know if they prefer one particular brand of condensed
milk over the other, assuming it is available in the States. Also, do
you remember any special tricks for preparing the Brigadeiro,
different than the method provided in the Inquirer recipe? Tastykake
factory tour is in my local list of things to do. Very best.

I agree. Nestle's Brazilian or South American condensed milk product
is creamier and less sweet, which makes a huge difference during
cooking because the sugar won't crystallize as quickly, resulting in
less lumps!

The calendar is updated through early FEb. Let me know if you have any
