I was just in the liquor store and saw a sparkling sake.
The guy said it was new and they just started carrying it.

The Hou Hou was featured at the Sake Fest I attended last year; it was
gone in a flash! The only way to purchase was on-line but the
Commonwealth has done a decent job since then of stocking a lot of the
stores with the SOME of the real highlights my friends and I enjoyed.
The KOP store started carrying this one in November ($10-ish), so I
was waiting for a small get-together of just Forking Delicious to try
it out. I'll bring it on Sunday! lesu
