I don’t know about you, but all my inboxes have been deluged with Giving-Cyber-Tuesday-Black-Friday-Doorbuster Sales since early November. I hate to add to the mess….But I have NEWS for you and so here is A News Letter.
In a mere 14 weeks, “Ladies at a Gay Girls’ Bar” is coming to a city near you! (if you are near Boston, New York, or Storrs)
I am so excited and humbled that I get to perform the piece right where it all started: True Colors’ Annual Conference at UCONN on March 20.
March 27-28 “Ladies” shares a split bill at WOW Cafe Theatre with my incredible friend, Brown Girls Burlesque founder and Femme Show cast member Chicava HoneyChild! She’s working on a brand new solo show - you don’t want to miss this premiere!
Finally, April 3 & 5 I’m finally bringing “Ladies” to Boston in a full production! I feel so fortunate to have been able to try out bits and pieces of it in a variety of venues in this city, including my living room, and I’m excited to share the fully realized product with you all!
Shows are 8:00 PM Friday April 3 and 3:30 PM Sunday April 5 at Club Cafe. Tickets go on sale January 7!
The Femme Show is taking a hiatus while I share this work with the world.
