Hi,

In my clone of bitbucket/tarek/d2, there was only the setupcfg.rst file,
not this duplicate setupcfg-spec.rst file. I have pulled it from
hg.python.org/d2 and am merging it with the existing
Doc/packaging/setupcfg.rst file. I should be able to push tomorrow.

I’d like to do it.

I have now pushed a merged and improved version of
setupcfg/setupcfg-spec. Comments always welcome.

In the absence of competition, I’m taking this one :)

Cheers

So just a heads-up on this file:

the goal is to publish a specification so we can start publising
setup.cfg files directly on PyPI.
