Cleaning up The Fascinator

Hi All,

Given some proximity time in Adelaide today, Andrew Brazzatti and I have started to look through refining The Fascinator's codebase.

We've set up a review at https://review.redboxresearchdata.com.au/review/cru/TF-3 and have listed how we plan to break the various plugins (sub-modules) out into their own repo. We'll start following up these plans with actions after the 1.2 release.

In addition to this I have worked through https://github.com/orgs/the-fascinator-contrib/ and added the "z-defunct" prefix to old modules that aren't getting any love.

2. Raise any concerns 

Please remember that we're not a huge development team - this refinement is critical in helping us reduce the very large task of testing and releasing software. If you are using and caring for something we've written off then we'd be more than happy to hear from you - especially if you want to take over responsibility for the plugin's code.
