Some suggestions re blogging

For discussion / consideration.

1. Is it worth adding some smarts to the AtomPub so it can try to locate the service document automatically (ie try /wp-app.php etc)?

2. Can we turn off the 'slides' link?

3. Can PDF be optional? I have found that when PDF is available google tends to prefer it which is annoying (is there a way to decorate the PDF link so Google likes it less?)

4. The headings 'slide 1 ... n' are not that useful. Is it possible to get at the slide title if it exists? 

5.  Is it possible to add slide text as alt-text to the images?

(4 and 5 are ICE features, I know)

For number 2 & 3, we should be able to add options in the config.
For 4 & 5, I can change it in ICE
