Hello All,

Let me take some time to tell you about "your" new Vice President/ACC
chairperson.

My name is Jeff and I proudly live in The Falls neighborhood. I've
been married for 10+ years, have 2 wonderful childrren (4 & 6) and I'm
a full time stay at home dad. I retired from the Air Force in Aug
2003, after serving 20.5 years as a platform instructor in Physiology
for 15 of those years, and finished up as a evaluator boom operator on
the KC-135.

I was asked to accept this position when Jeff Caponera took the Sgt
position for Anna PD. When the annual meeting was held, I put my name
in the hat along with others to serve on the board. According to
Dennis, I was next in line. It will be with great pride/dedication I
hold this position. I hope I'm up to all the things that are going on
in our neighborhood and look forward to attending your individual
meetings, and meeting as many of you as possible as my schedule
allows.

As far the ACC committee goes, our most recent meeting included a
short interview with three individuals that had indicated interest on
the volunteer sign up sheet. With that said, there are now 4 total
individuals (not including the President & Secretary) on this
committee I chair. Because of the recent change-over to Realmanage,
the board has decided to take control of the ACC, not the management
co. I know that in the past 10 months or so there has been little or
no participation concerning the overall appearence of individual
properties.

Over the next few weeks the committee will be going through the
neighborhood to identify properties not complying with The Falls
covenants we all signed when we moved in. If you haven't reviewed
your "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions for The
Falls" recently, we highly encourage you to do so. Knowing what the
rules are will help us out a lot.

Our purpose is to work as neighbors to ensure our community is safe
and enjoyable for everyone. We have no desire to have this turn into
something negative. The only thing we, as a committee can help to
comply with is the "standard" that's spelled out in the covenants -
nothing more!

If there is ANYTHING I or the board can do for you, please let me know
as I'm here as your neighbor first and foremost.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff
