In the words of Steve Cutler (Town Centre Management Chairman) and
quoted in the Express Advocate "Central Coast News" ... Quote "the role
of the town centre is to keep the town tidy and organized" Unquote.
It is now obvious that the real charter of Town Centre Management Inc.
is being ignored. This only confirms the perception of many concerned
business operators that the town is being mismanaged from a business,
tourism and growth perspective.
If you are to look at the official rules of The Town Centre Management
Inc. the objectives are considerably more than Steve Cutler's
simplistic role perception quotes as "tidy and organized".... No wonder
they seem to have got it wrong when the chairman has that view.
