You are right!!! Plus I recall the story if Nadab and Abihu who came in the tempple with a "strange" fire which means that it wasn't from God. If it's not from God God it is from the ennemi...
I guess it would make sense. The light of God has been conterfeited! For some reason though I'm still hesitant to keep/maintain that parallel of the moon and the dragon & stars and the fallen angels. Simply because those things in their origin were good and created by God and often used in the Bible to symbolize God's people and Word and Jesus himself. So far you have shown me that there is such a thing as "dark light" or "conterfeited light". You haven't shown me the sun, the moon or the stars used in the Bible to symbolize evil things...The only thing I can think of right now is bowing in front of these thing is wrong. We don't adore creation we adore the creator...
In the spiritual realm: You are right there will be conterfeits of light but the source will determine what kind of light it is. As a lesson for us, we should not look at the brightness of things, the appearance of things to know if it's from God we should and must look at the source."To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." Isaiah 8:20 (BTW it's just me thinking. I'm not commenting anything right now)

Objet : dark light...
Hey Danielle and Dave,
on the subject of light and darkness (or dark "light") could you please
look at Matthew 6:22, 23 and tell me what you understand that to mean?
In Christ,
James
p.s. also look at Proverbs 24:20 and tell me how you understand that verse
