Tomorrow Sunday meeting from 3-5 PM

Dear Egyptians;

you are invited at the Egyptians center tomorrow from 3--5 PM at 5881 Leesburg pike # B1-a, Falls Church, VA 22041 

 

Can the Egyptians center idea survive?

The center is a non-profit organization and its only purpose is discover the community needs and meet them for a better and stronger future

by next month total expenses would be $1800.00 Just for three month rent and no real achievements have been accomplished. the center is not looking for any financial help but can we really provide anything of a value.

I arranged few weekly meetings and presented general Idea of what could be achieved through the center, we were able to present different topics but the first practical work was to serve the community providing Arabic classes for our children who need it and I had Ms Fathia soliman and Ms. Fatma Owais were very supportive of the idea and Ms. Fathia donated a projector and a screen for the classes and Ms. Fatma Owais offered volunteering  and we  have more teachers who would be willing to work but with salaries for the classes and emails were sent for the classes and there was no response. apparently the idea needed more marketing work

in the next meeting we would like to decide 

                             If we can find larger board members who would be willing to carry more responsibilities

                             can we have more defined plans for the center with real people willing to help in these ideas

and to be honest if no real concrete benefits reached by next month, I will have to make a decision if we can continue
