IMPORTANT: New Format!!!!

It's finally time for us to get serious as a group. For the last 9
months I've been testing you guys to see how you think and react in
different circumstances. As well as to see who will make this group a
priority in their life or put other things before it. I had to see how
you act/ react/ think/ adapt to differrent situations and
circumstances to find the best ways to relate and communicate with you
guys and see the areas you need strengthened. There is no pass or fail
I just had to see your natural charecter.

So far those of you who have been attending regularly have grown
immensly. And it's not just me saying that. Mary Ann & I constantly
get told by memebrs of the church how much you guys have grown. And
they ask me what we've been doing. We tell them honestly it's nothing
we've done or taught you. You guys have changed on your own by putting
God 1st. By making Church, ministry, and Small Group a prioity God has
blessed you and elevated your game. The young kids now admire you guys
and hang on your every word. The older people now respect you as
adults and no longer see you as kids. Now we need to push you guys.
You have tasted growth & success and seen the blessings. It can be
easy to lose that momentum and sit back and enjoy it. But it's when
you stop to bask in the glow that you start to slip and dip. To change
your life, you must change the way you think and understand things,
not what you do. It's about the heart & mind not the outward action.

So with that said, we started last night with a new format. It was ok,
but I was a little rushed with prayer meeting. I will be delivering
weekly studies that I create. Theya re not recycled or canned. We will
study the Bible in a different way then your use to. I want to make
everything applicable to your life. So when you leave on Thursday you
can immediatly put what we discuss to use. I don't want you guys to be
stagnent because you are in a time in your lives that you have so much
to offer. Your 20's are your prime ministry years. You have all the
time, energy, and resources avilible to you. Trust me as I hit my
30's I realize what I had in my 20's, what I did, how it impacted me,
and shaped who I am. That' my goal for you guys. How we do that? Well
that will be different for each of you. But it starts with a tender
heart, willing spirit, faith that surpasses your own understanding,
and availibilty (just showing up).

SO EACH THURSDAY I WILL POST THE NOTES FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE SO YOU
CAN USE THE MATERIAL FOR YOUR OWN BIBLE STUDY TIME or FOLLOW UP. This
doesn't mean don't show up and jut grab it off the website. As we
learned last night our Understanding is strengthened in unity (or by
meeting with other believers). (Notes for 5.28.08 have been posted)

I WILL ALSO START POSTING MATERIAL THROUGH OUT THE WEEK FOR OUR WEEKLY
MEETINGS SO CHECK BACK ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY TO GRAB AN ARTICLE OR
SCRIPTURE TO THINK ABOUT SO YOU CAN BE PREPARED FOR THE NEXT MEETING.

Meetings will still follow the same overall process BUT START RIGHT AT
7:30 SHARP and we'll be done by 9:00 at the latest...

- Fellowship

I hope you guys are excited, Mary Ann and I are extremely excited and
we will now start working hard and playing hard. Trust me if you guys
make Wednesday nights a priority, I will make sure we have plenty of
fun to balance out the work.
