Hi guys!
As promised, below are the details for next week’s cooking event:
Date: Wednesday, September 21st
Time: 7pm-10pm

Ingredients for pasta salad and cookies:
Please note that there are only a few ingredients needed for this
pasta salad. We figured a few people could take on each of the items,
especially the pasta and beans (I have 3lbs of pasta left over from a
previous event!). Also, Emily and I are bringing 3 large pots but if
anyone has a 4th and is willing to bring it, that would be great!
40 boxes (1lb/16oz) pasta (it doesn’t matter what shape or variety:
Penne, farfalle, fusilli, gemelli, etc. Just nothing spaghetti like
and we should be good)
40 cans cannellini beans (If you can’t find these then kidney beans
will also work!)
10 cups feta cheese (preferably crumbled)
30-40 cups frozen pre-chopped veggies – We have this covered
30 cups dressing (400 oz) – We have this covered
10 foil trays
Pre-made cookie dough for approx 400 cookies (Jess is usually a sweet
cookie fairy and makes up some batches before the event but if anyone
would like to volunteer to do this, that would be great. It takes
quite a bit of time to back 400 cookies in one oven).
Just let us know if you can make it and what you’d like to help with.
For those of you who haven’t been to a Dough Gooder cooking event
before, we usually have snacks and people bring wine etc.
Can’t wait to see everyone and kick it back into gear!
