Moving to the beat of a different drum...

Female drummers are kind of a phenomenon in the  music world, with Karen Carpenter and Honey Lantree being among the first to get real acclaim and notice.

These gals just want to bang on their drum all day, and so...I've compiled a short list of good tunes to she-bop to over the weekend...see you on Monday!

• Jack and Meg White put doorbells on your list of points to ponder with "My Doorbell."

• Tennessee Thomas and The Like discuss how you can't change men in He's Not a Boy.
