Last Week’s Meeting: Unfortunately, our speaker from The Dalles Airport had an emergency situation & couldn’t make it…So, our own Lion Jim W. who is an Airport Commissioner stepped up & filled us in. It’s amazing what they are doing & have been doing over there…so sorry if you missed this, very informative. Thanks Lion Jim!

Lion & District Governor, Tim M. shared with us the exciting news that since the 36Convention, Maupin & Wallowa are considering new Clubs!!
Cherry Festival Parade & Information Booth was fun & successful...even though we didn’t have as many Lions as we could have. Don’t forget….this club is for our community & it is so fun when we all work (& play) together!!

Saturday 5/2: Community clean up – N.of 10th & Webber – Lion Mike needs HELP with set up at 9:30 & then during the day as well as more HELP needed with clean up. Fun times together & if you aren’t able to physically do something, remember, sitting around giving ideas is a great help too!!
