Monday’s Reminder of Tomorrow’s Meeting!

WOW!! 30 Members were present!!! The most in quite a while!! Our 3 guests include Barbara Kilkenny, guest of Lion Jann O, Lions Nancy & Ross Cain’s granddaughter & another visit from soon to be (fingers crossed) Lion, Fran Fox! Correction on last weeks visit from Hermiston’s Den by Bev Bridgewater (dropped the B). Again, we love having Lions from other Dens visit ours!!
Among the Committee Reports our Public Relations Lion, Jenn Z. got a vote for a couple items for our Century of Service Celebration Gala in October. Voted in, Roaring Through the Decades for theme. Kids & Family Friendly (get ready to dance). July 2nd will be a meeting at the Salvation Army conference room at 11am so get ready to share your ideas!!
Dues can now be given to Lion Kris H., up until June 29th, 2026
If you can’t make the June 29th deadline, please contact Club Secretary Kris to make arrangements for payments for your membership to continue. After 6/29 ($5 late fee)

Our Speaker Eileen White, Market Manager of The Dalles Farmers Market was outstanding!!! There was more information than you would have thought. Lion Jenn put a very nice article on our Facebook Page. Check it out!!

Goodbye President Lion Brad D! This will be his last meeting as he is moving east on the 26th. Let’s all be here to say goodbye & wish him well with a BIG ROAR!! Its my understanding that there will be cake!!!
Thurs June 25th: Board Meeting at Casa El Mirador at noon. Come a bit early if you want to order lunch. Open & encouraged to all Members! Got an idea? Come share!
June 30th: Our Year End Potluck at the Park! Social @ 5:00, Dinner @ 6! There will be a sign-up sheet for items to bring. Club will do hot dogs & hamburgers! YUMMM!!!
