Help Us Bring Our 100-Year Celebration to Life

Hi everyone!

For 100 years, The Dalles Lions Club has served this community. On May 16, we have the opportunity to thank the community for supporting us these 100 years, and we need our Lions there to make it happen.

This is a call to step in, show up, and help create a celebration our community will remember.

📍 Sorosis Park – The Dalles
📅 May 16
⏰ Event runs 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🕙 Lions support needed 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Where We Need You

We are building a fun, family-friendly event, and it takes all of us:

Activities Team

• Sack races (we need pillowcases, if you have some at home you don't use please bring them!)

• Ring toss

• Corn hole

• Frisbee toss

• Bubble table for kids

• Rock painting station

• Sensory sand table

Food Team

• Grill and serve free hot dogs to the community

Engagement Team

• Run the prize wheel (we need prize donations, Amazon list available to ship directly to Lion Kris)  

• Sell raffle tickets for raffle baskets (we need basket items, Amazon list available to ship directly to Lion Kris)

• Share who we are, what we do, and why Lions serve

This includes items for both the prize wheel and raffle basket, this is a wish list, feel free to bring different items!

Why It Matters

This is more than an event. It is our chance to thank the community for 100 years of support and show what Lions service looks like today.
