Last Week: Should have been there if you weren’t! We had 2(two) speakers. One planned & another pop in!! Darren Lacock, the FBO head at The Dalles Airport was very informative about all that goes on over there. Check out Lion Jen’s review on our facebook page. Chris Grant from Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue was our pop in! He wanted to share about the burn ban in effect now & to practice FireWise Defense around your home.
Lots of good input & great questions...you could have asked if you were there!
Fran Fox was our guest and hopefully soon, along with Chris Grant (MCF&R) will be our new Lions!!
Dues can now be given to Lion Kris H., up until June 30th, 2026
Lots of sharing of good feelings & stories of our Community Picnic success. This is a must to do each year…so much fun!!!

Next UP: This is OUR CLUB and we get to enjoy Speakers from our community that educate about their industry/occupation, enlighten & sometimes entertain us! So, if you have anyone in mind that you would like to have as a speaker, let Lion Mark K. know. Let’s all get educated about our community together!!

Our own Lion Patti B., won the BIG 50/50 jack pot!! Congrats! & being the sweet Lion that she is, she donated ½ of her winnings back to the pot to get started for the next winner! What a gal!!!
If you come to all the meetings, some of the meetings or just get involved on projects...It’s so much fun when we’re all together!
