Vision Screening Signup Sheet

Take a look at the signup sheet.  Select the time(s) that you would like to help with vision screening.  You can pick one slot, one day, or heck, come all three days.  (I need six Lions signed up per session to make things run smoothly.) 

I will have the master sheet at our regular Lions noon meeting.  Ethan will have the volunteer forms ready for you to fill out and he will deliver to district 21.
