what done happened in the past few days n such

Stephen Elliott has apparently been too busy seeing Hole AKA Courtney and The Holes and not appreciating the significance of C.Love at ALL to send out a Rumpus.  Seriously though, when he tracked us down using foursquare (CREEPY) we were all, obv go see Hole and he HAD TO WRITE IT DOWN!  Guh. That guy.

So today it was barely 50 degrees in Austin and the wind was out of control and it wasn't raining, at least, but it was miserable outside so we didn't do to much.  We did, however, interview Melissa Fucking Auf der Maur and she was awesome.  And wearing boots, tights, and a navy blue cotton romper and a jacket... sigh, hearts, yay.  Russ totally nailed the interview, Kristin worked the Flip HD like a pro and I sat by smiling and validating MFADM's love of the Smiths and Morissey.  Ad then she gave me a 7" single of Out of Our Minds which has some gorgeous art on it: http://twitgoo.com/lb1ie.  And then we made out.  ...you're going to make me say JK? Really? Fine. J/K on the making out.  *pout*  Going to find someone who can convert the music into an mp3 and then frame that sucker b/c it's 1, gorgeous and 2, super special.

Then we came back to the hotel and lay around b/c it's day 3 of a conference and we may have over done it on margaritas and overpriced room service wine and we were a little out of it.  But we nailed the interview.  And after naptime/computer-time we wandered around looking for food and eventually got falafel and other middle eastern yummies and I ATE THEM ALL because I am awesome at eating.  And then I ate another cupcake: http://ow.ly/i/NoZ  True.

We have failed at seeing @AndrewWK even though he was playing everywhere at all times but we have succeeded at getting 295 followers for @AndrewWKkidz... which is almost as many as I have.  Sniffle, I just want @AndrewWK to notice me.

Um... oh also my burlesque troupe (www.storybookburlesque.com) just found out that our idea for our next show is already being performed this summer by another burlesque group...crappers.  Epic stories that would make for good burlesque narratives... GO!

and I'm gonna keep drinking wine and go to bed soon because we're getting up at 5 to get to the airport for a 7:25 flight.  I have big plans to write on the plane.  Big plans.  That will most likely fail when I fall asleep because hellur it's 7:25 AM.

and yesterday I bought a dress like this http://store.americanapparel.net/rsa0300.html at the Am Appy flea market and it's kind of ridiculous in its unwearability, even though there are apparently sooo many ways you can wear it... but it was $12 as opposed to $40 so...whatevsies.  It's called Le Sac dress because it looks like you are wearing a bag.
