My boyfriend is claiming that he is "the most wake upable person" this is complete bullshit.  That kid sleeps like he's in a coma.

I've been getting up early with him and going to work early which is actually ok, but I'm leaving at my usual time... which is also kinda bullshit.  There's a tradition of summer hours in publishing--working an extra hour monday through thursday and taking a half day on friday... the publishing house where I work does not really believe in this tradition as it implies that 40 hours is sufficient for completing the week's work. HA.

I have a lot of writing I need to do but I'm wiped out and drunk on whiskey... story of my life, y'all.

I've lived in my studio apartment for 3 years now.  I love it but it's too small for me, much less me+boyfriend.  We have 13 boxes of books just in the hallway... the apartment itself doesn't look like it has been packed up much at all.  Eep!

aaaand right now the boyfriend and I are arguing about whether I've read Last Night in Montreal (I have) and whether he was using the book to seduce me or not (doubtful).  He does not recall lending me this book.  According to goodreads.com I read it in January.  So nyah.  I didn't like it as much as I wanted to... decent but not amazing.  My boyfriend likes reading books about people who run away.

I know this humpus is lame but... whiskey. tired.  gonna eat some chocolate with cornflakes... yep.

Not much on the internet this week since I'm trying to be a good little pudding and actually do work at work but...
