Here's an example of what happens if your communications aren't monitored
for doing what you mean them to do.

It's a cautionary tale about what might happen to a simple message when
everyone gets to throw their two cents in. In an ideal world, every
communication would be a good example of what it's trying to do - if it's
about emotion, it should be emotional. If it's about simplicity, it should
be simple. It's very hard to do this - as I'm sure you know from bitter
experience.
