Friends,  on September 9th the Emerge Community will begin a new gathering of young Christ-curious adults.  We'll meet on Sundays at 11am at the Pleasant St. Cafe lounge area of First UMC, Birmingham for conversations about life and faith.  This move from Thursdays will help us gather young professionals for whom weekday evenings are overly busy.  This gathering will also serve as a jumping off point for creating intentional community in the metro Detroit area, designing shared service projects for young adults, and in general for nurturing Christian discipleship amongst young people.
