Father's Day final Planning

Hi all,

Five more days to go! Just to keep everyone here updated with the
progress of things.

1) I've asked Brian to take over sound and narration at intro (with
his "manly" voice and not the chipmunk version). He should be able to
join us for a run through on Saturday. Will brief him then.

2) En and Young, have you guys read through the script? any amendmends?
Also, both of you play the most important roll in bringing out the
theme. As much as what u say is important, dress code also important
:) tze en , I'll leave it to u hehe

3) Renee, any other deco items needed? again, everyone's help will be
needed with putting up deco come Saturday

4) Dominic will be leading worship. Practice is on Thursday but he and
team may be able to join for the run through as well if needed. He's
found his musicians except for acoustic guitar. As this is YA taking
over, all psalmist will also be YA-ians. Evelyn, Lee Suan, Li Sian,
Inez and Caryn.

5) Jeremy, to send the edited sound clips and collect medals.

6) Medal giving ceremony. Pastor Guy, you have been hand-picked by us
to present the medals to the special fathers. Renee and Ps Guy will be
presenting the "awards"

7) Dress code: BLUE , RED and WHITE ONLY. Think Nautical!

As you can see, every last minute preperation will be happening on
saturday itself. Is everyone ok with the same time as last week, at
11am this Saturday? If so, maybe En/Young can send an email like the
one u sent for last week to get more help for this Saturday to put up
deco :)

Anything else to add guys?
