  JANUARY 15,2017 SJC ALL BATCHES GET TO- GETHER AT DELHI

                                                              ( APPEAL TO MEMBERS OF CLASS OF 82 )

 

Dear Friends,

 

As some of you might be aware ,in the I&B session of July 29,2016 we decided to organize an Annual SJC- Get Together-Lunch ( All Batches) on Sunday, January 15, 2017 

 

The host for this event is our Class of 82 Batch. We have also sought help from Mr. A. Roy, the coordinator for the 1974 batch basically for the purpose of reaching out to more people in the NCR area for this event.

 

With the help of Com. Anwer Saleem Masood , we have booked the venue for this event (Kota House Lawns)

 

Considering the expenses likely to be incurred, the participation fee for this event has been kept as 

                           (Single Rs. 1500 & Rs. 2500 with spouse)

 

Information for this event has been hosted on certain websites, Face book groups etc.

 

However the response to the event from the other batches has not yet been encouraging. Maybe the “reach out” via social media has not succeeded . 

 

Since time is running out , we need help from each and every member of the Class of 82 ( the host ) to  try and salvage this event. Help is required primarily on three counts from all of you.

2.      We will need some seed money for paying advances etc. Hence it will be good if at least our batch members, post confirmation on the link above can also pay the participation amount. This has to be paid into my bank account. Details attached. Please send an email to Sharad Agarwal/myself once you remit the money. 

You can also send a cheque to my office address as below ( with your name on reverse)

 

3.      Please reach out to other Class of 82 members /other batch members located in NCR/outside, whom you may be knowing. We are hoping that each one of us will be able to reach out to at least 5 members. Please pass on their details as you communicate with them.

 

Friends, now that we have announced  this event we have to strive to make it a success. We hope to make this an Annual event. Hence the success of the first edition is a MUST.

Are you guys accepting in cash and in old 500/1000 denos, then yes please add me and also thousands more of my known Josephites lined up to join gleefully :).

Anyway, thats on the lighter side though tension is still brewing.

 Its a great event I know but regret cant make. Wishing the event a great success and A Happy Reunion.
