By the way, SMC Allahabad is celebrating their 150 yrs of existence on Nov.19 th and 20th 2016. Most of your first flames and  first love would be around. You guys are most welcome to Allahabad during that time, for some bird watching, albeit a bit old, wrinkled and daresay haggard.

Am very happy to see the fantastic response...

Chairman Anupam Mishra and myself checked out on the hotels today and have finalised to go ahead with St Laurn. The rack rate of 7500 + 19% tax has been shot down to rs 4200 INCLU.TAX . 

Guys , we need to tighten our shoes fast - being marriage season all hotels are acting extra smart and most of them are already booked !!! Even St Laurn has another enquiry for the same dates for 40 rooms ... . So Anupam and i have decided that i will go ahead and confirm the reservation for 17 rooms and pay off 50% advance tomorrow. We have the green signal for this from President Lovi too ... Rest of the board of Directors please contact Lovi for discussions/ opinions etc 

Am attaching the details of the excel sheet - please  be kind enough to fill at each ones end and mail back....UTNA TOH KARO YAROOO....
