Hey Members,
Do any of you want to write a book review of a book you already read
and post it on the blog?
I would like some activity on the blog besides the schedule I outlined
for our book club.
If someone would like to do a book review for May. . .I would like it
to be posted some time around June 5th.
To do a book review, all you need to do is create a new post on the
blog.
Write the name of the book and the author.
Write a short synopsis of the book. You may copy and paste a synopsis
from one that is already written on the internet.
Write your review. Try to keep the review within 5 paragraphs. Don't
make the review too long but long enough that the readers can get an
idea of your personal view of the book.
Avoid writing any spoilers or how the book ended.
Don't write a story about the book. . .write what you think of the
book, your feelings about it. You can explain the characters but just
briefly if it helps to explain why you felt the way you did about the
book.
When you are done with writing your review, please "save" and don't
publish the review. I'll add photos and links as needed before
publishing the book.

Hi, I just saved a draft review for a book I read last week. I will probably post the review on Amazon too (I hardly ever buy a book without reading the other customers reviews, so I like to post my own in return,) but will wait until after it's been on the blog to do so.

When you have a chance, post your review on the blog by creating a
"new post". After you created the review, don't publish it! I'll be
adding photos and links to the post before publishing it. It'll be
saved as a draft until I want it posted on the blog. Remember, don't
"publish" the post, just "save".
