Dear Friends-
I just finished my third week at Google! It's really exciting, and so far I love it. It is a bit daunting working at such a behemoth, where there are so many (massive, complicated) things to learn. But it's also really fun, challenging, and mind-expanding. Plus, the free food is great. :)
I had a sort of milestone today—I made my first contribution to Google's source code repository. It was pretty tiny, only about 15 lines of code, but it still felt really good.
This week I plan to start getting my new apartment ready to move into. First stop: IKEA. :P I decided to get a place in SF. The commute will be terrible, but on the other hand, I will be living in San Francisco, so I think it's worth it. :)

P.S. Please look me up if you're going to be in San Francisco. I hear it's a fun place to visit. :P I just updated my entry on "The List" with the new address info.
