We'll be in Boston

Hi everyone,

Diaan and I are coming to the US next week, and we're making a stop in Boston!  

We'd love to see anyone who's in the area, so let me know if you're free to get together on Saturday June 1 in the afternoon or evening.  If anyone wants to take charge and make a plan, that would be great.  Otherwise I'll try to think of something.  

We are there from Wednesday May 29 - Sunday June 2, and we'll be staying most of that time with Erin and Tom (Diaan is at a conference in Providence).  I may also have some time to hang out on Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday morning if anyone is available.

People are responding quickly, this is exciting. 

I'm going to be a bit forward and ask if one of the Boston-area folks wants to do the planning/coordinating for Saturday (June 1) and/or Thursday (May 30)?

In other words, "Michelle, Diaan and I are going to be in Boston, and we're very excited to see people. But I'm going to be a bit lazy and hope someone else does the work to put something together.  Then we will show up and hang out with whomever's there."

Ok, thinks are starting to come together. It sounds like both Amy and Erin are willing to host a get-together-type-thing on Saturday June 1. 

I suggest Amy and Erin arm wrestle and the winner determines where this event takes place.  Diaan and I are happy either way, we'd just love to see people.

BLERG.  Unfortunately, no way to make it up to MA from NC this time!  Work work work - you all know how that is.  Plus, fun "day in the life fact" fact, mice invaded my kitchen yesterday! :P  I felt like Cinderella and was wondering if they were planning to help me get dressed this morning.  Then spent all morning on the phone with the exterminator.
