The factory preamp on my Aria Avante has died. 2 potentiometers have broken, and I'm told by several companies that parts for this unit is no longer available. Retrofitting other pots will be a cludge at best.
So, it's time to put in some good quality pots and a new preamp. I'm looking at the OBP-2, which wil work well with the existing rerouting and holes in the body. Dual volume, bass, and treble.
Anyone on the list care to comment?
I thank you all in advance.

i have the OBP-3 with single volume and blend control.  i think i would prefer the 2 volume control. i have bartolini pups and they are dark and smooth but not much punch. i have to bump up the mids quite a bit to cut thru the mix. the blend knob is bridge favored most of the time as i lean to the neck pup it just gets muddy.  i think this is a great bass if you are playing a jazz trio but a 5 pc rock band it needs punch
