Greetings Loze - It's time to sell this beauty. I live in a very small space and just don't have room for this anymore - not playing it. Full time RV life is more conducive to my defretted short-scale SX "Jazz", which fits the limited amount of gigging i do these days. :) For Sale 1996 Zon Sonus 5/1 unlined fretless, all black, the "Bat-Bass". Gigged and recorded and even played onstage with Manring, a couple of chips and dings, but very good condition. Never gigged in smoky places. No pet hair, etc. Case has no smell but shows the marks of travel. :) It sounds like chocolate syrup and caramel. Truly a fine instrument. Put the cello player out of a gig. :) Comes in a SKB hardshell, shipped from Springfield Oregon by my partner Randy who worked at Musican's Friend back before Guitar Center took over. i priced out a new one out on Zon's website, i think i'm not outta line asking $3K, insured shipping to conterminous US included. Anyone, anyone? More pics on request. |

I can attest that this is a fine bass, indeed! I’ve heard in recording and in person. I’m not in the market, but I would be very happy to own and play this instrument. Edwin |

Hello T.R.: TR> More pics on request. I downloaded your jpg file to my desktop but sorry it did not display in my old VuPrint display client. You might want to check it. Best of luck with your bass. Wayne Renardson Nashville, TN |
