Blog not updating in blog list.

this was a issue in december with others blogs.
My last two posts have not updated on other peoples bloglist. I found
some info that if I "followed" myself it would fix and it actually
seemed to work last night. However after posting today it did not post
on anyones blog list.
Anyone know how to fix this...even when I was "following" myself it
showed that Ididnt even post my last entry.
HELP!
