I need a "shrinkwrap" blog to insert into my site - is there such a thing?

I run a site for referees (nclaxref.org), and they want to have a blog
forum thats secure inside the site. I have tried to post blog feeds
after establishing the blog elsewhere (typepad, blogger, etc.), but
this frustrates them. They want to go to the website, click on the
blog button, enter their password, and blog right there. Is there a
"packaged" bit of code I can insert into the blog page that will let
them post what they want in forum fashion, and allow most basic blog
functions? I am not a coder and am hoping there is already something
out there I can use. Help!
