The character of Barney was created by Sheryl Leach and is played by David
Joyner. Leach recently appeared at National Public Radio's National Press Club
luncheon, broadcast on NPR and C-SPAN, to speak and answer questions. [Ben

Some Barney tote bags were recalled because some of the ink and paint had too
